Who am I?

Background

I'm Angèle, an award-winning creative with over 10 years of brand design and creative art direction experience, who has pivoted into a hybrid role on the operations side of the creative industry.

I’m passionate about guiding creative teams down a path to understanding how they can optimize and enhance their creative process from ideation through delivery.

By combining a deep knowledge of the creative process, a fascination with organizational psychology, and a drive to make developing and delivering creative work less stressful, more efficient, cost-effective, I’m uniquely qualified to represent the creative side in business operations.

Over my career, I’ve acquired five years of experience as a people manager across both non-creative and creative industries. Regardless of the role, I enjoy leading teams and helping others understand what needs to get done, whether based on a project-specific brief or global accessibility requirements. This is something I find truly fulfilling.

I'm a proud alum of the Austin Community College VISCOM program, where I earned my Visual Communications degree. Still active in this community, I enjoy volunteering as a portfolio reviewer to help guide our future talent as they enter the workforce.

Prior to ACC, I was fortunate to grow up with the opportunity and freedom to explore different art and design techniques from an early age.  Before graduating high school, I had training in illustration, painting, sculpture and ceramics.

Currently

Having recently completed my 10th year with Dell / Dell Technologies and Dell Blue, I’ve moved into a creative technologist role that supports creative process and tools for all of marketing.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and seeking out wildlife and nature to photograph.
