I wrote, photographed, illustrated, and designed this egg exclusive recipe book.
Growing up as a home-schooler, I was given the chance to have backyard chickens before it was considered cool. Since then I've had a love for chickens, but especially eggs. Eggs taste great, and they are a beautiful example of design in nature.
And as a result of my egg interest(and excess of fresh eggs), I began to pick up little tips here-and-there about how to properly prepare eggs.
Most of the recipes are familiar ones, but with small changes that are commonly overlooked when cooking eggs.
